During your initial consultation, you will have an opportunity to explain your physical history and the goals you would like to achieve through physical therapy. Whether you are seeking physical therapy for pain reduction, improved posture, strength conditioning, flexibility, sports rehab, movement re-education or preventative health, we will decide together on a personalized program that can best suit your needs.
If you are interested in incorporating Feldenkrais, Tai Chi, Pilates or Alexander Technique in your rehab or post-rehab, this will be addressed in your consultation as well. I treat for 40-53 minutes and do mostly hands-on therapy.
